Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains which personal data we process when you visit this website, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Controller

2. Contact and quote requests

When you contact us using the request form, we process the following data:

  • name and e-mail address (required);
  • company, phone number, name of the trade fair and planned stand size (optional);
  • any other information contained in your message.

Purpose: handling your request, preparing a quote and communicating with you.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Retention period: up to one year after your request has been dealt with; if a contract is concluded, for the duration of the statutory retention periods.

Requests sent via the form reach us by e-mail. To ensure delivery, a backup copy is also stored on our server and protected against unauthorised access.

3. Server log files and security

When you visit the website, our hosting provider’s server may log technical data (e.g. IP address, time of access, browser type) to ensure secure operation. To prevent abuse (e.g. mass spam), we store your IP address when the form is submitted only in irreversibly encrypted form (hash) and only for a short time – usually 24 hours. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from our own server, so no data is transferred to third parties.

5. Vimeo videos

Some reference pages contain videos from Vimeo (Vimeo.com, Inc., USA). A video is only loaded when you click “Play video” (with the “Do Not Track” setting). Only then is a connection established to Vimeo’s servers; in the process, data (e.g. your IP address) may be transferred to the USA and cookies may be set. Legal basis: your consent given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

6. Recipients and processors

We do not sell your data and do not pass it on to third parties for advertising purposes.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR);
  • rectification, erasure or restriction of processing (Art. 16–18 GDPR);
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR);
  • withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

To exercise these rights, please use the contact details above. We will respond within one month.

8. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority – in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR).
